The image below was a collaboration project with Rebecca Daniels. She made the "TRW Films Inc" logo using Adobe Flash CS3, and I placed it together along with the text below (Hoefler Text-font) and made this background for the TRW Films Inc web site:

Local rapper Tevin Wallace, colloquially known as "Wally", was in need of some designs for his social networking pages, as well as an entire web site to help further promote his work and give an image to represent himself online.
The project involved designing two extended-play covers, as well as promotion posters, online advertisements, and new designs for his MySpace and Twitter pages.
One of the first concept designs was for his independent record label, "Wise Guy Records", here was the finished product:

The idea of the logo was to have a colorful look, yet be very basic. At the time, it was stylish to have some text horizontal, yet have other pieces of text vertical and perpendicular to the horizontal. The design was made using Adobe Photoshop CS4 on a Mac OSX Platform.
Effects used included the "Assorted Brushes" for the sparkle on the 'W' of "Wally" and for the 'S' on "Records". The brain was sketched on by pen and paper and scanning the sketch on to the computer and importing the .png file into Photoshop, where using different layers, the final product was traced. The brain was used because of Wallace's name "Wally, The Brain".

The Northern Virginia Air Hockey League (NVAHL) was a short-lived air hockey league that existed in the fall of 2009. I designed them a logo for their Twitter feed, which I don't believe exists anymore.
Used Photoshop CS3 for the design using a light blue and a dark blue to reflect their logo. It's clean, a bit simple though.

Starting to use the program Bryce 6, which allows you to design rooms, buildings and any piece of architecture. Here's a living room I made in my CG1 class using Bryce. Took about a month's worth of classes.

One of my winter Computer Graphics 1 projects were to make advertisements, using photos and transparent effects. Using a dirty yellow color as well as a mixed color filter of earth-like colors, I made these advertisements for Philmont Boy Scout Ranch, and its camps using Adobe Photoshop CS3. They're not the best, but at the time I had only 5 months of experience, which is pretty good given that.
The photos used were personal photos that I took, unless otherwise noted. I used Rockwell-font for the ads, and Onyx-font for the Mount Philips ad that shows what elevation the peak is. Thought it would give it a western look since it's out in the mountains.

The Reynolds Sporting Cups Association produces a monthly newsletter called The Informer Magazine, which shares stories about family sporting events, and serves as a point of connecting the extended family together.
RSCA had been using Microsoft Publisher to design their newsletter and the staff felt the layout was becoming dated, and needed a new look to their publication.
Using Mac Pages, I redesigned the look and feel of their publication:
